Purchasing real estate for the first time can be a stressful process. I faced many challenges when buying my condo whether it be dealing with the Developer or even dealing with my own lawyer (who made me feel more like a nuisance than a client and was generally disinterested in my best interests). However, Robbie was the one person that did everything that he could to help the process go smoother and frankly went above and beyond his job description (this was well after he had secured my business). He was available at any time, and if he didn’t pick up his phone right away he got back to me by the end of the day – regardless whether I called during the day, night, weekend, or even when he was on vacation.
